I just moved in and so far so good...minor things with the apartment like normal wear and tear that got taken care of promptly. I will say if you have allergies and move into the Lofts be sure to dust everything down from walls to windows with one of those extender window duster cleaning pole thingies that you can get at Linens n Things for about $30 bucks. Worth it's weight in gold if your in a loft. Also be sure to have them spray for spiders before you move in. I did and I'm glad. Don't worry they are the small ones. As far as the Rental staff eveyone for the most part is pretty decent. ------ could stand a course in simple customer service. She often acts like she doesn't have time to provide common service. Often you will get the sence that your bothering her if you call or come in for questions. All of which could be avoided if she would give proper service in the begining by providing obvious yet simple information like your gate pass code and a copy of your rental agreement after signing. DAH ------! The manager I haven't spoken to face to face but when ever I come in she never speaks just gives me weird "what are you doing here" look. So she could use alittle help too. Everyone else is decent. The complex it's self is very quite at least where I'm located it is. There isn't a whole slew of unmonitored reckless, loud kids wondering around. Or random people hanging out. There are alot of dogs so watch out for poop. As long as the keep renting to working class, upright, decent people I'll be here but let it slip up...I'm gone
