Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
I previously lived at this complex for a brief period of time. In that short time there were 2, count them 2 fires in a short period of time. The grounds were not neatly kept, the management was unprofessional and the maintenance department was slow to fix anything. I spent 3 months with a hole in my ceiling due to a leek which was not fixed after several phone calls/complaints until I threatened non payment. I have recently moved from this complex and would not recommend it to anyone.
