I lived there for 15 months, when I first moved in it wasn't too bad, you get what youpay for. I wanted a crappy apartment, thats what I got. At first the managment was quick to follow all the rules that was given to me (no working on cars, no litering, all that crap) but eventually they didnt care any more (I saw one guy replace the manafold gaskets on a piece of ---- car). the insulation is crap, my electric bill was through the roof topping out at $150 during the summer (Strange considering I am at work for the 11 hottest hrs of the day). Even now when I dont use anything my electric is $50 and I'm only there about 40hrs a week and thats just to sleep. Security there is a joke, I saw the security guy walking around with a couple teenage girls not bothering to stop the idiots blazing through the parking lot at 3am. Place is a complete ---- hole. My girlfriend felt completly unsafe there at night with a bunch of guys hanging around the parking lot. I had some cracked out lady ask me for a joint and beer. The inside of my apartment was falling apart, the carpet had stains on it for the previous tenents, when I moved the walls were covered with dirt from the air conditioner/heating, I noticed this when I took all my pictures down.
If you have no money, go place to stay, if you can pay a little more a month, go eleswhere.

Most of what this post says is true, but I cannot emphasize the crappy insulation (OR LACK THEREOF!) and extremely unreasonably high electricity bills enough! That in itself is such a huge problem that it is not worth renting these apartments.
