Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Management makes promises and NEVER follows through. Scorpions run rampid and it is ROACH INFESTED. Ceilings leak and fall in when it rains. To repair they cut roof trusses and leave NO insulation nor do they replace it.
