Thunderbird Ranch is ok but not the best.

Thunderbird Ranch Apartments is an ok place to live at, it's also not the best either. I lived there from September of 1996 till April 2004. Yes there are scorpions!!! Even got stung by one too! I've never had a problem with roaches. Only had a few problems with the staff/management but that's why some of them are no longer employed there. There had been at least four apartment fires, two of the four happened two weeks apart. When they remodeled the apartments a few years back they built a new roof and kept the old underneath. Firefighters had to deal with two roofs to cut through. It's just your average apartment community, I mean every place that you move to will have certain problems with the staff/management, maintainence, parking, theft/crime, noise, and bad neighbors.
