Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
By the time I left, our ceiling was falling in at least once a month due to the air conditioning leaking. Each time I called it in, they replaced the tile and waited until it collapsed again. The office always lost my packages I received, to the point that I had to have them delivered elsewhere.
