Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The management staff changes every 30-90 days, staff doesn't want to stay. Maintenance issues are bad, maintenace repairs are done poorly. Rotted structure of balcony's has been stuccoed over in an attempt to hide water damage. Too many major building fires in the last 3 years.
