I would just like to start off by saying that I now work for an apartment managment company, so I know how people should be treated. And this is not the way I have been treated at Thunderbird Ranch. I would first like to say that Crystal is the worst manager EVER! She is the rudest person EVER! I have lived here since April of 06 and it has been nothing but problems! First I have had mail stolen from the Office and they say "oh you need to talk to the Post Office" I had my car stolen out of the parking lot 2 weeks ago and when I called them for the non-emergacy police # they said " Oh you know you do live in Phoenix Honey!" and still didn't give me the number. And then my AC has gone out 4 times this month! Hello it's August in Arizona and it's 105 degrees outside! I have a 2 year old and we have sayed in our apartment maybe 2 weeks tops! And Crystals response was pretty much nothing! Like who care's it's not her AC that is out. And the worste thing about it is that it was the same problem all four times that coulda been fixed the first damn time!
