They're not that bad...

However, you ll find some scorpions outside and throughout the apartment. The sting is a fierce sharp pain but you ll get used to it after several stings. The crime in the area is at a record high. The complex its self is full of neighbors drying clothes out on the balcony. Shoes tied together and hang from lines, gunshots at night, and spotlights from police helicopters make their way through your bedroom window and onto your face while you re sleeping. Some of the neighbors live like animals which makes it hard for the upkeep of the exterior. Oil stains, rocks, dirt, and trash fill the parking lot. You ll get a better view of the lot trying to find parking. The water is continuously turned off as well as the electricity. Women can forget about taking baths, you ll too become a gold medalist at taking showers before the hot water goes out. Quest is the online provider. Direct TV is the only cable provider. The washers and dryers are filthy. All of the appliances are outdated. Families wash their feet in the pool and the sauna is questionable.
The office staff will work with you if you work with them from the beginning. I found them to be very helpful. Keep in mind that this is not their property. I have no negative experiences with the office staff. If one couldn't help me they found someone who could.
I would only recommend this apartment if you're on a budget, and want to be close to ASU west campus.
