Living in the sewers!

This place is pathetic!! I hate walking around outside at night because cockroaches are all over the grounds, IT'S SICK!!! The walls are paper thin and you can here, so easily, what's going on next to you, and people who live above you sound like they're trying to stomp through the floor. I'm afraid someone is going to fall through the ceiling. All the rumors of scorpions and "the like" are so true to each word! Our apartment flooded not too long ago and it left our place completely infested with pests! This is the 4th time we've been flooded because of their cheep, crappy plumming! Which reminds me of our little gaisers around the complex due to the maintenance mowing over sprinklers and breaks the heads off. They never fix them and they always spray over the sidewalks so you end up taking a shower while on your way in or out. Also, maintenance will leave beer bottles behind as well, some broken bottles!!! Dangerous for all the kids who reside here! My car was completely covered in dirt after they finished their sloppy job by our building! Due to the flood, gnats have resided here and WILL NOT LEAVE! We cannot get anyone to take care of the problem so they just overtake us in here! I cannot wait to get out of this trash can. I am about to have my first child and there is NO WAY that I'm bringing my daughter into such a buttcrack of a place!! I am leaving A-S-A-P!!!!!! I haven't lived here that long, but that's the good news! I will be leaving VERY shortly! I will never make THIS mistake twice!
