we IMMEDiATELY left when our lease was over...okay my mom is sick and i was living there taking care of her for awhile...the apartments themselves are relatively good besides everything i named in my first review-- now what my MAJ0R was, was the management and scorpions! i was sooo afraid everyday and night of them im glad i NEVER have to go thru it ever again in life! the management was and still is crap {AHEM} i will be respectable with this...but mainly Theresa cuz shes evil. what RAND0M situation my mother and i went through with this management is that it just so happens the person living in our apartment before us had the EXACT SAME last name so one day i guess he was in the area and got arrested and used his old aparmtment information and ID which i need remind you has our address on it still, well to our dismay the management believed he was still living with us and TRiED to evict us!
[now we'd JUST moved from illinois to arizona {KN0WiNG N0 ONE} bout 7 months before so HOW in the hell can we know the guy who lived there BEF0RE US'!-- GENiUSES!] anyways but we were ALWAYS on top of our rent NEVER LATE ONCE, but they wanted to evict us' they thought we wouldnt despute it but we did and their lawyer tried to get over $2,000 worth of nothing cuz we didnt owe ANY rent it was our last month and that CERTAiNLY wasnt $2,000...but we got a lawyer and W0N our case thank god :0) and to our last day of turning in the keys that FEMALE Theresa wont LO0K AT US cuz shes a disgrace to women everywhere!! and theres N0 TELLiNG how many people they've conned out of their money and i'd advise you to STAND CLEAR of this horrible apartment complex! they all need to read books on how to manage apartments and be better people...and to Theresa-- H0W LiKE DEM APPLES'! R0TTEN HUH'!!
