There is a BAD SCORPION PROBLEM! Stung my girlfriend in her leg multiple times and crawled up her arm, Came home from dinner and found one on my ceiling next to my a/c vent' Scary! Bathroom door wont close without lifting it up, Roof has leaked the entire time I've lived here, Hot water only works for a few minutes, Neighboors are retards and need to learn how to park! Dumpsters are always overflowing! Complex is always flooded with water! Roads threw the complex are very narrow, you almost hit the other person driving by especially around the corners. Lived here 6 months havent recieved any mail! Went to get internet and there was no wiring behind the phone jack cover on the wall qwest installer said! Changed my rent 3 times since Ive been here! Washing machine didnt work when I first moved in, took them almost a month to fix and the dryer takes forever to dry clothes! Dishwasher smell horrible after running still to this day! They re-coated the shower/bathtub before I moved in and its peeling up everywhere! Sink drain broke and I fixed it! Some electrical outlets dont work! The rod in the closet to hang your clothes on was broken when I moved in and only painted on one side! Thermostat runs constantly when I had the heat on in the winter wouldnt stop no matter what I tried! The fake wood flooring is peeling up at the seams! My girlfriend is afraid to walk threw the complex at night due to no lighting and people going threw dumpsters!

The rent was cheap for an apartment with a washer/dryer and sq. ft. Other than that I dont recommed this place to anyone! Place used to be a landfill from what Im told by people that have lived in AZ for a long time and it still is a landfill!

I had a major scorpion problem when I lived there too - back in 2005. The management took 6 days to even send somebody in, and that still didn't solve the problem. Also - the air conditioner went out over the Labor Day weekend, and they told me that due to the holiday they couldn't do anything about it until the following Tuesday. So the temperature in there got up to 121 degrees and I had a lot of scorpions to keep me company in the heat.
