The people who run this apartment complex are shady and are involved in highly unethical business practices.

I moved out of this complex in 2005 after living there for 1 year. While there, I really had no complaints. Overall, I was generally pretty happy with the place while I was there.

Two years after I moved out, I found that they were trying to charge me for close to $3,000 for "concesesions", cleaning, failing to pay rent and for not notifying them that I was moving out.

However, I had a copy of my 30-days notice to move out in writing, and I had them check out the apartment after I left and signed off on it. In fact, I even remember them waving goodbye and telling me "thanks for staying with us!"


Very, very shady people. My "debt" with them is currently being investigated by the credit bureaus and my attorney.


If you choose to live there, get absolutely everything in writing from them. A written confirmation that they have accepted your 30-days notice, don't trust them on anything. They're just waiting to stab you in the back with a friendly smile.

Just wait - they will!
