i lived there for 6 months , but signed a 12 month lease. i seen aprox. 20 scoropions in that first 6 months. i was recently stung by one. i had such a hard time getting out of the lease. the landlord kept telling me that it is normal to have scoropions inside our apartment because phoenix is a desert. it is a very dangerous place to live if you have children!
