I just left this place last week, i thought it was the best deal i have ever had, it was 450 with w/d and upgraded appliances, i loved the layout and the location was close to work, i thought i really found a steal!! im so glad i came on here before i made any decisions because i was going to go in the next day and pay a holding fee!! i have a 1 year old and any teensy scorpion/bug problem is out of the question!!!! i called the next day and asked about it and one of the people there said that they have alot of preventitive measures but it is not a "problem" and we do live in arizona... im sorry the last 9 yrs i have lived here i have NEVER seen a scorpion!!

Yeah, I live in Arizona too -- in a scorpion free apartment. When you confront the manager, she'll actually admit the problem, but when you ask why she didn't mention it on her own, she'll say that "legally" she has no obligation to do so. Well, what about ethically?

That is true. She told me the same thing. I was so mad! I've lived in farming areas and by the Estrella Mountains and have only see 2 scorpions in my entire life. I'm not sure of their meaning of "under control".... If the scorpions are not gone by now they will never leave. I don't know how they have no legal obligaion when they are putting peoples lives at risk. Just please don't move in here or waist your time.
