Hi I'm currently a renter at Autumn Ridge and this is actually true. I have never seenany scorpions or bugs for that matter. I have been lving here since October of 2008 and never really ran into any problems. The biggest issue that I have is that the windows in the apartment arent sound proof. So the apartments on the thunerbird side are very loud becaue of the traffic. You can hear the sounds of the soccer field and traffic all day. I had one problems with the neighbor, but when I called they got on it right away. Even though a lot of children live in the complex you rarely see them, but this goes for the 19th avenue side. I believe that if you can get in the middle towards the back it a great place to stay. I use to work late and never felt threatened when I was outside alone. Its clean and my apratment was very clean. A lot of times people in other companies write these bad reviews and people who work here write the really good ones. You have to go and check it out yourself. And the bus line is right there and its not to far from Wal-Mart. Oh you get a parking space that might be a little far from the apartment, but it is covered.
