I promise the reader that all accounts of this apartment complex are honest and fair with no exageration in the slightest. The Management has changed more times in 6 months than I care to count, so of course you are left with what' A lazy group of uneducated idiots who make it very clear that they couldn't give a damn about you daily. I accept that this city has a lot of transients in it,and that make for worsened living conditions when the residents take no pride in where they live, but this place takes that and capitolizes on the idea 10 fold. To call this place a ghetto is an understatement. The apartment manager showed up OUR apartment and then on move in said OPPS we made a mistake your moving to over here and that is not even legal but my family was over a barrel and they knew that going into the move in day.
Everyday since has been a goddamn nightmare that can only be recalled in the move Pacific Heights with Michael Keaton. In one word I can describe AVALON HILLS; INFESTED, infested with white trash, infested with goddamn ROACHES, so many roaches in fact I had to start killing them daily and taking them to the office 10,15,and 20 dead bugs at a time to prove my point to the office manager, they refused to bomb the apartment because of health concerns for the neighbors, who gives a crap for them what about my wife, my kid, or me. Bottom line they don't give a ---- about you once your in. The white trash neighbor children make sport of ripping the limbs off the trees, leaving trash all over the place,and terrorizing the complex residence with noise and irritating actions til all hours of night and day and they especially take great pride in stoning your vehicles with rocks from the rock bed. I once had to physically restrain a kid in my building from stoning my car after I stood there and told him to stop. The police are here so often they might as well set up a station in the complex. To state this place is a dump looks like a dump smells like a dump is an amazing understatement. On a plus side the parking is wide open cause no one in there right mind wants to live here. Oh well its temporary, glad I am out of here soon. Oh yeah I almost forgot if your a drug head you'll love living here lots of neighbors are drug dealers, and users and thats always fun, for your 5-6 year old children to see.
