The apartments are run-down, old appliances, old stinky carpet and dirty broken vents. Management showed us a nice clean apartment and when we moved in we got a different one. This one is a nightmare. The first night here I got up out of bed and went into the kitchen and turned on the light. Four roaches scattered from the kitchen floor. The problem never went away. We had them come in and spray spray spray. They baited and sprayed and still the problem exists. Ever wake up with a roach on your headboard' Just try and see what it does to you. You don't sleep well.The grounds are nice on the path from the office to show you the model apartment but once you really get in here, you'll see that this place is a disaster area. Trash everywhere. This is due largely in part to the trashy folks who live here. Kids running around yelling right outside my window! It's so frustrating. In order to get any repairs done, you must put it in writing if you want it done. Just calling and telling management will get you nowhere. Your call will more than likely get "forgotten about". All I can say is, don't settle on this place, the rent is NOT THAT CHEAP. We are moving to another place where we are going to pay only $50 more and we have seen the place we'll be living in and it is actually well worth the cost unlike this dump.
