Decent place to live, but there are better places for the price.

I have lived here for a couple of months.
I think that the apartment is actually pretty nice.
They put in new carpeting before I moved in.
For the most part everything works well.
The office staff is courteous and helpful.
They are not always prompt about getting things fixed right away.
Most of the time it is quiet because it is on a side street.
However, after school and on weekends there seems to be an abundance of unsupervised kids on the grounds.
Where are their parents'Most of the time the grounds are kept clean, but occasionally there is litter around.
