more bad then good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   i'm only a few months away from my lease expiring and i will definetly not be renewing it. the good things, and there are few, include a nice bug free apartment, decent rental rates, they had a very good move-in special, and parking is great. now the bad stuff..... .....my girlfriends car was splattered in white paint (her car is black) when a maintenance man dropped a paint can on the sidewalk, one night after i came home it looked like someone had shot a hole through one wall and into the other with god knows what, the cops are there everynight, kids run around the property like it's mcdonald's playland, you have by far the noisiest neighbors around (and nobody ever answers your complaints), and occasionaly you come home to somone else parked in your spot (which really isn't that big of a deal since there is plenty of parking, it's just annoying). overall, it's an okay place to live, but trust me, there is much better out there for the money. make sure you take a good look around before you settle here! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
