Customer Satisfaction!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I was pleased when I showed up to Avalon Hills. The leasing agent was very professional and well dressed. The apartments have very nice layouts and lots of room. The complex is about 20 yrs old but in pretty good condition considering it's not new. Move in specials were great and rent was actually half way decent. As far as stuff breaking in the apartment of course you have to write up a memoradum and state your problem. Do phone calls ever work these days come on people. AS far as roaches haven't had that problem why because I spray myself once a month in the apartment so I know it's done right. The grounds could be kept up a little better I do agree on that. Dumpsters were full of trash. Overall though not a bad place to live. Neighborhood isn't to bad but don't go any farther south or you will start to run into problems
