I have found Avalon Hills to be a wonderful choice. We moved here from Iowa and they bent over backwards getting us an apartment in less than a day. They have been patient and thoughtful in working with my husband and I in paying our rent when things just didn't go the way we had planned. The work orders are done by friendly and courteous guys who, if they don't know how to fix something call another guy instead of 'faking' it. The property is well maintained-groomed every tuesday, the pools are sparkling (there had been some down time with the hot tubs but they were kept clean even when down), and as faar as bugs--I know more than a few people on porperty and NONE of us have had more than 2 or 3 bugs in over 3 months!!!! As for white trash--it is awesome that others are so much more perfect than anyone else and feel so powerul that they can use such hateful words for people that work hard for their family and may not drive a perfect car--or are able to have someone at the house 24 hours a day--unlike families where mom and dad each have a job and sometimes more than one job each!!
Yes there are prettier and mor 'upscale' properties--but I have no problem recommending the staff, the property, or the apartment to anyone
