I lived here for a year between june of 04 to july of 05. They gave me a great mi price. The staff was always so friendly and treated me with lots of respect. When I had financial issues they gave me other options that were very helpful. The pool is nice and the spas. I had convenience with a W&D in my place. I never saw one bug which was very impressive. The apartment was kind of small for the price, I would have to mention, but I think all of the other pluses with the place pretty much make up for that. I would definately recommend living there. The reason I moved out was because I wanted to live closer to my work and school and I had a baby making it too many people to live in a 2bd. Even though I was in Phoenix, I felt safe with the over night security. They did a great job. I regret moving out because I moved into santa fe springs on 17th and glendale and it's a nightmare!!! They lied about free utilities, it costs more, they gave me about 10 different move in dates and 5 different prices, a totally different apartment, charged me 350 dollars more to move in than they said, there are so many bugs, they freak me out, the hood is bad with shootings and police over almost every night! It sucks here so bad. I wish I would have stayed at Avalon Hills. They are wonderful! Thanks Avalon Hills! Thanks Janice for working with me and being a total sweetheart. They also only charged me 20 dollars out of my deposit to move out because I left a couch that they had to remove and a little mess in the living room (because I was so tired that day after moving all day)! That was a great price though. Also, when I needed maintanence, they were over in FIVE MINUTES and replaced my air filters for me for free! So that speaks for itself. Thanks again!
