This apartment is going Condo and the pricing is stupid. $125,000 dollars for 780 sq. ft. is a joke.

Besides all that the new management is in the habit of giving one day notice to things like painting the apartment fascade and opening up the door so that the company painting can finish the door. This was in January, and I explained that I have some pretty severe allergies and would appreciate getting a few days notice so that i could keep my windows closed and the air on for a few days, "ok" the office said. Then 2 weeks later i wake up to find the outside of my apartment plastic wrapped to paint. Then after they were done I get a note on the door on a Thursday that the next afternoon they would be going around with the painters opening all the doors so that they could paint them. I have 2 cats and would prefer to be here when anyone opens my door. They said then "Sorry, that's how it goes." I could have had the day off if given more than 16 hours notice.

Besides that the pool is dirty, the hot tubs don't work rightthe maintainence is nice but dumb as boxes of rocks. The appliances are old and beat to hell, my dishwasher takes 2 or 3 cycles to actually wash.

All in all it's not horrendous but I would definately not do this again.
