GR8 Place To Live From: amandamadrid2008@msn.com Date posted: 4/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I understand there are a few bad experiences at Avalon Hills, but if you are a continuous renter, you will notice that NO APARTMENT COMPLEX is perfect!!!! I lived at Avalon Hills for a year between June of 04 and July of 05 and it was a GREAT place to live!!! Management and staff were sooo nice and helped out a lot, the landscape was beautiful, the place was clean and everything worked out very well. I loved it and the only reason I moved was because I needed to move closer to school and work. I would definately recommend this place because you feel like you are home the moment you move in. :)
