Don't let the new paint fool you From: HateAvalonHills Date posted: 9/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Horrible repairs and even worse customer service. We have a gaping hole in our kitchen ceiling that they refuse to fix. The bathtub never had caulking so mold is abundant. Parking is horrible. The roads in the complex are in horrible condition (drainage holes are referred to as rim busters) Don't let the new management/new paint fool you, the inside is still old and poorly maintained.
