From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   As for the last review about the new paint. That person hit the nail on the head. Poorly maintained inside. My breathing got so bad I had to break my lease from the air ducts never being cleaned out. Bath tub had mold around it cuz it never had any caulking around it. Maintenance always fixed things but beware, never fixed it the right way. Did a half A@@ job so they could move onto the next work order. If your air goes out don't bother calling on call main. cuz you won't get a response back and they won't fix it for days. Parking is bad along with the crime. Only person that I dealt with was Steve the property manager who I give 3 stars. You pay for what you get absolutely nothing. Only saw SECURITY twice since I lived there and I come home in the early am hours. Overall just poorly mainted and I can't imagine what's behind the walls. Don't rent or Buy the newly remodeled condos
