I bought a condo after the conversion. I have been extremely satisfied! I got the upgraded package and have beautiful cherry cabinets and gorgeous granite counters :). I have been renting apartments/houses/condos for the past 3 years, and honestly no complex is perfect! I lived in some places that were disgusting, and this is by FAR the best place in Arizona that I've lived in. I think that there are some people here that aren't the greatest, but DUH we live in a city of 3 million people and people are not always good. Maybe the reason there are bad reviews on here is because the people that are reviewing were bad tenants. I feel very safe there and I wasn't able to say that at many other complexes!

I think that if you go in expecting bad things, bad things will happen. If you go in with a bad attitude and treat others badly then yeah, things won't happen the way YOU want... Anyway, it's a beautiful place, I love it very much, it's affordable and very quiet and secluded but still close to everything in North Phoenix.
