Avalon Hills ,Nice place, good people, great area , From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I have lived at Avalon Hills for 5 years , I have seen some changes in that 5 years in the community and the area . I have seen 3 property managers in those 5 years and the people that have been in charge now have been in place the last 2 . This place has come a LONG WAY, they have made some real nice changes . This place is quite and landscaped like no other apt complex Ive seen ,Mature trees everywhee grass. I just want to say thanks to the managment team for always keeping this place nice and trying hard to deal with all the different challenges and different personalities that reside here , This is one of the reason we like this place . And ThankYOU so Much for the new A/C mine went bad and they installed a new one in 2 days . THANKS AGAIN !! CHICHI
