The maint.
guys are prompt but do not fix things properly.
I lived there for 2 years and will be moving.
My apartment flooded 3 times from the toilet.
I had to clean it up.
It was repaired 3 times and to this day is still not right.
I would fix it myself but it is not my job to do so.
Water damage has occured to the carpet which was cleaned 2 times.
The kitchen sink links was repaird 3 times.
The vanity sink was repaired 2 times the 3rd time it was done by me and there is no problems there.
The refer needs new gasket I have asked for a new one in Feb 2008 but no one ever came to install and no feedback was given.
The roving patrol does not do there job I have caught him sleeping.
The area is nice but to many punk kids stroll thru and even though it is soon to be gated the punk kids still jump the brick wall to avoid being seen coming thru the front entrance.
The equipment in the gym needs to be updated or fixed.
There are bigger and better apartments for this price I know because I found one.
