It amaze me what others will say about someone else ! You have to ask yourself quote '' Is this True ' , Well I have personally lived here for five years. And thx to the management, I will be renewing my lease for another two years! Now sure every complex has there problems. I will say yes this was a bad property at one time, but since the property manager we have has been here her staff including the courtesy patrol officer has really made me feel like this is home. Most people who come on this site are upset because they have been evicted ! and now they are trying to find a way to bring down the staff. it makes me very sick to here an idiot ! say things about the property manager that is very untrue ! She is a well loving person who takes pride in her property. She has and still workin hard in keeping this property in great shape. I have actually had my sister and two brothers, who have also moved here with there family. We are all pleased with the outstanding service this property has given. Now you may put a work order in it may take a day or two but there reasons are understandable. Lauren keep up the GREAT work don't let anyone bring you DOWN, continue to strive in your success! I admire you and would't dare move anywhere else! Everytime I walk into the office there is a since of welcome, and evryone always quick to help you. The courtesy patrol officer is very active in the community, He takes really good care of all residents security issues, and you can always find him day or night, Keep up the good work ! I like to say thank you to the following : Project Manager , Property Manager , Courtesy Patrol, Leasing Staff , Maintenance Staff

We lived here for a year to the day (by our choice NOT the apartments). In that time, the managment changed three times, the security patrol changed 4 or 5 times, as well as the maintenance staff. If you dont mind that much change over in a year, go ahead and move in. Also, I know the kind of neighbors I had to live next too and if you dont mind the "bad apples" go ahead, move in. The complex is clean and well kept only by the office. Trash is always overflowing from the dumpsters. Cops have been called to the apartments for fights/dead bodies/drugs etc...many times while we lived there. And that is great if you had a nice experience with Avalon Hills but most people do not.(Past and Present tenets). I also find it odd that someone would go to so much length to defend an apartment complex. You must be friends with someone there or actually work there. I know A lot of employees go on these sites to "beef" up the reviews about their complex. So I would be careful about too much praise on any complex. Judge for yourself but I would at least like to be an informed consumer.

First Off,No I am not friends nor am I a employee of Avalon Hills. I am actually a Emergency Room Nurse. Yes the police are here, does't mean its a bad property! The police are here alot due to many reasons. Let me say instead of geting on here talking bad about the property, try being part of the solution and not the problem. This is Our community ! And just like anywhere else if you sit around and just allow it and not speak up,your just as much the problem. And by the way security has been changed two times and the orginal courtesy patrol officer has recently return to do what he does best and thats to take action and get the problem people out! I will say this, I don't know what was his reason for leaving before but he has returned to stay and I know he cares more then any other courtesy patrol officer ever have. Managment has been change once, and of course the orginal team has return to fix what the old management did wrong ! Like moving in there entire family, and illegals. The old management didn't care about the property, she just cared about evicting everyone she didn't like, where is the justice in that ? get your story right if your going to bad mouth my community. As for the dead bodies that has happened once on the proeprty and that had nothing to do with management or anything they could have prevented. As for the other incident it was no where on property just near the property, Management can't control what happens on the outside of the property, thats the local Police Job ! And I will continue to praise this property as long as it is managed by the people who are here today. As I Said before to the entire Avalon Hills Staff, Keep Up The GREAT work !

You would sign a 2 year lease the rent here is high the value is low the property is poorly ran. The nice apartments luxury will tell you service is no 1 not at avalon hills put a request in if you get any thing fixed that month. I would say the staff have a tought job the Owner doesnt care the mangement company doesnt care the renters dont care in the last year the property has gone down hill big time. Alot of apartments run at 90% occupancy you can see this one doesnt.
