Hi all.

I was the interm Courtesy Patrol officer for a while at Avalon Hills.

I had to stop working becuase of a serious life threatening illness.

Not becuase of any type of management change.

The new permanant courtesy patrol office has extensive training and in my opinion more than competent and a proffesional at his job.

I too have lived at Avalon Hills for over 3 years now and have nothing but respect and affection for the current Managers, office staff and Maintenance crew.

They have always treated me with compassion, proffesionalism and respect.

I am alone here in Arizona (my family that is left is in Florida).

When I got too sick to look after myself.

My nieghbors, and the managers here kept me going until I gained my strength back.

A community with poeple who still care for there fellow man and property managers that actually give a darn are hard to find in this world.

Yes, Avalon Hills has had its issues and like all places where a lot of poeple live close together things don't always go smoothly.

But they care here, and thats a rareity.

Treat them, the property and your neighbors with respect.

Pay your rent as agreed, follow the rules of the community and treat poeple how you wish to be treated and you see just how nice it is to live here.
