I am one of the few that actually own my condo and I am REALLY disappointed on how this complex has gone down hill. It used to be nice and well kept with a great staff but this was years ago. The current staff is rude, liars, and some of the most "ghetto" unproffessional people I have ever met. I have seen, with my own eyes and heard with my own ears some of the things they have done to other tenents and IT IS ALL TRUE!! I am friends with some former employees and former security gaurds and still talk to them and boy do they have some stories to tell. All about "missing" rent payments, "patch jobs" for maintence, "removing" kitchen appliences after someone moves out, not doing appropriate paperwork for new move in's...all this was an order by the current mamagment and if the staff didnt do this, they were "let go". The property owners have no idea what really goes on here and I have been calling them to inform them about this complex and have yet to hear back. SO bottom line...DO NOt buy/lease/rent anything from Avalon Hills unless you like roaches, felons, trash overflowing into the parking lot, loud and rude children not being supervised, the smell of drugs (pot and chemical drugs) and dealing with uneduacted trailer trash who somehow got a job in the office.

So, you're a condo owner? Bet you didn't know that your title is NO GOOD now. Try and sell or refinance. Good luck, too. It's worthless. Sorry. With all the illegal wiring in your unit, you are lucky to have not had anything catch on fire yet. Just another FYI for you. (Insider.)
