First of all, someone runs into the gates monthly, people can't drive in this area and its always packed...so I give the area a FAT 1.
But, you must live where you must live so I understand that...so for the area, this place isn't so bad.
However, there are kids around that cause problems, like lets say, trucks being keyed.
Actually the place is quiet at times which surprises me while at night we have a bunch of partiers who thump our ceiling for most of the day, therefore we can't sleep sometimes, but after awhile that thins out.
You know the Cricket Pavillion''' Well, we live in Cricketville.
They have a huge problem with crickets, at least in the summertime...our bedroom alone had more problems than houses I have been in the past.
Our room alone, we killed on average 10 crickets from the time we got home (6pm-10pm) 'til bedtime.
Maybe more than that on some nights.
Haha, they just fall out of the ceiling fan for the most part.
So, if you can't stand things crawling on you at night, be careful where you move in.
But, for this area, you probably can't do much better.
