Aside from the numerous amounts of spiders that I had originally found in my apartment when I moved in, I quickly noticed how rude the management staff is. Valerie is so rude that I want to move everytime I go in there to pay my rent. She has no customer service skills and is completely unconcerned when you have to discuss issues with her. She is too busy trying to be cute to be concerned with what is going on in the complex. She is rude to current tenants, as well as potentials. As for the manager (the blonde that sits in her office doing nothing all day)--she is a complete liar. She promises things that she has no intention of fulfulling and when she is called on it, she hides in her office and relays messages to the junior staff to tell the tenant. I am completely dissatisfied with the management staff here and would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy!!!

I completely agree. There staff is absolutely horrid.
