I am a tennant at Avante Apartments. I agree wholeheartedly with the last reviewer. I have had nothing but trouble. My car was stolen two weeks after I moved in, on the first day of school. I teach 6th grade. My upstairs neighbors smoke cigarettes and just throw their butts down in front of my door. They throw trash from the balcony of their front door and their porch. The employees are annoying, and do nothing when you complain. My water is not hot, and things break regularly. The servicemen do make a mess of your carpet. Disgusting place to live, I can't wait to move.
