Avante has really change over the past few months, not just these ridiculous rules, but the staff is really irritating. Not only do I have trouble understanding them because they don't speak proper English, but I'm starting to wonder if they are even legal. It seems like they got rid of U.S citizens and hired all -------- !Everybody in the office should probably be deported except for the manager, and that's only because she's caucasion. They are all rude, uptight,and unproffesional and that office is so tense, they're probably nervous because they think immigration is on their way. They should be. I give this place a big fat 0. They should stop building these apts in AZ and start building in MEXICO!

I think that the person who wrote this is either racist and is a very miserable person who has nothing better to do than to sit on his/her fat ass at home and want to offend the people in the office. And its people like this that makes you not want to live close by them..this person needs to get a life.

It's hard to find this review helpful with the racist slander. Next time try writing about the apartment complex, and not your personal issues about America and it's border issues.

To the person who posted his slanderous remarks about Avante. I call it my home. I am a white male disabled veteran, that lives right by the office. The women are incredibly beautiful and most of the staff are very nice to me. Maybe if your not getting very nice responses from them you should try being nice. The only difference between you and anyone from mexico, besides your lack of integrity and charachter, is where they were born. Try learning spanish or better yet move out, we dont want you there. I am getting ready to resign my lease. I love the office and most of the staff. Interestingly enough the only person I have a problem with is the redneck security gaurd who is disrespectful and discourteous to everyone he talks to. On more than one occasion I hear him berating poeple who live there. He is the one they should replace.

I agree with blue eyed devil. I too live there and found the staff to go out of their way for you. I had repairs fixed quickly and when I see a situation arising, I call the office and the matter is taken care of. Every apartment has issues but apparently I found it to be the people who rent not be friendly either. I agree with blue eyed devil on the redneck security guy with his backward baseball cap. He is very rude and needs customer service skills immediately. This guy is making Avante apartments look bad becuase his attitude is reflecting on Avante and his co-workers. I say down with the redneck who walks with nothing but ignorance. I like Avante and the ladies are nice to me...

well in my opinion I see that the people here and there issues are power trips... I get plenty of fines..I am an inspiring student and a full time worker and don't have to nore the need for this. I hace confronted the managment when the issue is not my fault(In cases that it is I except fault) And they say that if the staff say you did then you did.... What ever happen to do prosses?? I am responsable and handle my wrongs but when it's not they still stick you with the bill and there is nothing you can do. This a huge bother. Not just I but alot of other renties have fitched the same story... I've even tried the renters association and it seems hopeless here. To know that thies people act like the apartment tickets get them status or some sort personal relief is wrong. in conclution I would like to add that everything is good here except the staf whome go on power trips..

Well I don't live there but my sister does. I love going there because it shows a very clean environment, nice people live there, ALWAYS parking spaces, 2 nice and clean pools, a nice and confortable gym...damm it looks like a La Jolla, CA apartment conmplex. Oh and for Anonymous predator LOL..if u don't like to live there...well MOVE!!! and please...u are living in Arizona can we say MEXICO... to resolve your problem move up north :P
