In the confined area that has a predominant hispanic community and deluded aspect equality, comes many contradictions that I would like to touch base on. One, being their tacky security that fines you for one, running their gate because you do not have a pass which in turns, gives them a so called right to follow you to your apartment door and one week later fine you 25 dollars. The managment gives you the whole aspect of living in your wicked stepmothers house with all these unnecessary rules. The complex also has a major issues with scorpions in their compound, roaches and also believe it or not, Snakes in the apartments. The community is located smack in the middle of the ghetto so they constantly try to inhance their image by consistantly trying to get rid of graffiti by the very people that inhabit the apartments. Their so called gym is vandalize with equipment that barely works half of the time. The managment has failed to grant access to the gate key that was paid for to get into the complex. Many times I get home and cannot even find a descent parking space, sometimes cannot even find a parking space because their tight security cannot seem to keep track of who is living where. I do not recommend the confines of this complex and think the area is overpriced for indescent security. Overpriced due to maintenance, Do not definitely recommmend living here to anyone looking for a descent price and a place to live.

I lived there and I had spiders and silver fish in my apartment all the time. Thank god I never had those other pests, I would have died! You are right, the attempt to cover the grafiti is useless and the fining for the gate running is ridiculous seeing as they dont even work half the time.
