It's a hoax

I've only lived at Avante since November of 05.
When I first saw the complex I thought it was really nice.
The manager Maria, who I initially spoke with me seemed to be very pleasant and helpful.
Since I have moved in I've had issues with the security and I had a roach problem upon moving in.I have spoken with Maria on many occasions and she is very short in her responses.
She never asks how I'm doing, just say's "What do you need." In person or on the phone.
She doesn't try to build relationships with the residents, like remembering your name.
I think she more than any of ther other staff should take a customer service skills class.
She doesn't have common courtesy, like calling you to keep you posted on any concerns or request you have made.
They all expect you to call them to get information.
If you do have a request it's all up to the manager's discretion.
It is a nice apartment for the amount of rent you pay, however you are sacrificing customer service and it is in a bad area of town.
I will not renew my lease when it's up and trust me I am counting the days.
