ive never been in a place where they not only charge for crazy stuff but they also dont want to fix things either i waited 8 months to get weather stripping on my door and was concerned about insects but it became summer and they still havent came back so be on your toes look at everything even take pics upon moving in put all requests in writing of your own and have them sign it oh yeah watch your cars the staff knows one of the towing companies personally ive watched all of this so be carefull if this is your only option
