I wish I would have known about this website before moving to Avante because Iw ould have never done it. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. You think they look nice and the prices are cheap. Just know yoy get what you pay for. I moved into Avante on 7/1/06 I was not able to view mty specific apartment unitl after I signed the lease so after I sigend the lease I went over to the apartment and thier were mutiple damages, which I asked them to fix and they took thier time about doing it and some of it was never done, I also told them I saw roaches and they stated it just beacuse nobody ahs been in there but we will spray. So I moved in with confidence that all this would be done. After being there a week the roaches got worse and worse and I had them come spary ever week but they must have been spraying sugar water cause the problem just got worse. I put my 30day notice in Aug 30th after only living there about 2 motnhs I moved out sept 30th and now they send me a letter saying I owe 1600 if sent to collections to buy out my lease and damages, I understand the buying out of the lease but whta damages can someone really do only living there about 3 months. I warn you do not move to AVANTE they might look good on the outside by its just not worth all the herartache in the end.
