I PREVIOUSLY LIVED IN AVANTE AND NEVER HAD PROBLEMS EXCEPT FOR THE GATE RUNNING BY MY VISITORS THEN U GET FINED. ANYHOW I REFERED MY FRIEND TO LIVE THERE AND SINCE SHE HAS LIVED THERE HER APARTMENT GOT BROKEN INTO AND A WEEK LATER HER VEHICLE SHE ONLY HAD A WEEK. SO BEWARE OF THIEVES.SHE'S ONLY BEEN THERE A MONTH. THE STAFF WAS ALSO VERY RUDE TO HER WHEN SHE ADVISE THEM OF THE SITUATION AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR THEIR WINDOW WHICH WAS NOT EVEN BROKEN.
