Pros: Visually looks like a nice property, good price for the apartment

Cons: Have had an attempted theft on my car, then it was successfully stolen, then my within a week of getting my replacement vehicle that was broken into as well, being a gated community provides a false sense of security since the gate is open for ANY one Monday-Friday business hours and if you want to come on into the community all you have to do is follow a car in, there have been roaches and scorpions...we witnessed some kids breaking into a vehicle and called the cops but the cops never came...crime is so prevalent here and in the area that the cops are too busy with other calls to respond to a vehicle break-in (just down the street at the intersection there have been several deaths at the Circle K)

If you can live somewhere else, I highly recommend that you do.
