The day I moved in I knew I had made the biggest mistake.
The carpet was dirty the blinds were differnt colors and sizes and many other details in the apartment, and they call them luxury apartments...
I went to the office and made a complaint, they show you a very nice model and you think your getting something similiar but you don't Since then office people are rude and they try to fine you for any little thing.
By the second week that I had moved in they had already given me 3 fines.
I tried to break my contract but the biggest mistake of mine was that I had paid 4 months in advance..
I have lived in other apartments and never had a problem before so I truly recommend you to look around these are not worth living in

ALL I CAN SAY IS THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY LITTLE THING.. I TURNED MY RENT IN ON THE 3RD AND IT WAS CONSIDERED BEING LATE SO THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 56.50 FOR LATE FEES!!

Then pay your bills ontime! I don't have a problem with this place. And they only fine you for being dirty, leaving your trash out! If you think this is bad then where do you come from? I wanna know that perfect little place. :)
