I have been reading many of these comments for Avante and other apartments around here.
My family is going threw some difficult times and we have to move out of our house and are looking for an apartment.
But so far I have not found one apartment that people have good things to say about it.
I am currently a student at Trevor Browne High School and I don't want to move too far.
My mom and I went to go see Avante a couple of weeks ago and we really liked it.
Alma was extremely nice to us too.
It has been the best apartments so far.
But, if its really this bad I don't think I want to move in.
So I need opinions from people who have been living in Avante this year.
I need to know how its been recently.
Because many of these comments are from years back and things might have changed.
So I would really appreciate it of someone would help me out.

It hasn't changed they were nice up until we were moved in, then they started with the fees and they will charge you gate running fees and noise and letter delivery fees with no proof and your credit will be ruined because they will be so outragouse that you won't be able to pay them.
