I have been living in this apartment for 4 years. In all my time here I have had no significant problems. I have found the staff here to be very friendly on every occasion. I have never had a submitted work order because something stopped working take more than 2 days and almost always it was thoroughly fixed the next day. I have on more than one occasion taken a walk in the cool night air to enjoy the grounds. While doing so I usually see security driving by three or more times in their little golf carts leaving me feel very safe in my travels. Simply put it seems that everything that can be done to keep this place enjoyable has been done from constant maintenance of the grounds to evicting the residents who create a problem for others. Overall a great place to live for a person who just wants to peacefully coexist with the neighbors.
