Aviana at the Biltmore

Nightmare experience from the start From: beetlegirl06 Date posted: 7/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   All the little things added up and we cannot wait until our lease is up for us to get out of La Terraza at Biltmore(old Avaina at the Biltmore). Our apt was dirty upon move in. We had to get our carpets cleaned twice (once by us, once by Mgmt, the keys did not work, the gate key did not work. The only thing good about the apartment is the location. And that is what you are paying for each month. The maintence guys throw cigarrette butts on the property, they show up for maintence calls a day late or not at all, and speed throw the lot then give you dirty looks when you come around the corner. Parking is horrible,there is one dumpster for the property and on the weekends it's piled up and overflowing. The rental office will lose your folder and give a million excuses and you have to go in there and ride their butts to get anything done. Word of advice: Get it in writing! Neighbors keep to themselves and haven't had any occurances with noise. I'd avoid this property.
