I lived in Camelback Lofts/Aviana at the Biltmore etc. for 4.5 years and 6 leases and I regret moving out everyday since! The staff is not perfect, but far from bad (who could expect perfection from a job with constant turnover really') Maintenance was always prompt and as far as the property - Beautiful, decadent- pool, hot tub, waterfall, pond and ducks, fitness center, lit palm trees, computer center, gates, garages...anyone trashing on this place doesn't recognize a good thing when they see it. Also it was a perfect place to live with a roommate as we each had a master bedroom and roman tub bathroom. I miss my old home and would recommend it to and envy anyone looking into it.
