When we first came upon Bacaro a few months ago, we thought he had found a new home. Much to our suprise, it has not turned out that way at all.

First, the office personell are very rude once you sign that lease. Remember your name, not a chance. Their lack of personal service is apparent the moment you need to have something fixed or even pick up a package.

Second, the complex is not the safest in the area. Police has been called almost nightly with the latest being a shooting. Yes, a freaking shooting. It's was only a matter of doors away, and it took the complex days to even acknowledge what occured and when they did, the referred to it as a "Accidental Discharge of a Firearm".

Third, the apartments themselves appear to be clean and well kept, however; looks are really deseeving. From the low-end appliances to the bargain granite to the laminated cabinets, the entire apartment has a cheap look and feel.

Finally, their monopolistic approach to utilities is horrendous. Don't think your getting digital cable. It's not even a choice. Your only choice is to use a company call Convergent. The quality of the service is horrible, and it's VERY unreliable!

I could go on and on about Bacaro but I think you get the picture. I would personally not even recommend this place to a enemy. Before you sign, do yourself a favor. Drop by on the weekend and see how many moving trucks are moving people out. I made my reservation to do it, and you will probably being following suit shortly.
