I think you need you to get a life! Rhonda is very helpful and is just doing her job by reports stupid people like you. They have the best leasing agent.Chris and Michael do a hell of a job concidering there are people like you the live here and throw trash everywhere. I think you need to move to the southside to be with your PEOPLE!!! And if you hate it so much MOVE THE HELL OUT! Stop crying like a baby.

Wow aren't you hateful, maybe you need to join them with THEIR people. But anyways....I have lived in these apartments for two years. The apartments are crap and you do hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing!!!! Rhonda is no help, she is always changing the "community policies" when it covers her own butt. The whole place is full of freshly graduated high school kids who end up trashing the place. Cars are constantly being broke into and now we have a person that broke through the gates with their car and crashed into 3 parked cars, just for fun!!! The apartment should be in South Phoenix.

I have just started reading reviews because I will be moving into the area. I cannot believe the statements made by summer2005954! If that is a leasing agent's review or even someone that may live in this community, I certainly do not want to make the mistake of living there!! What is meant by "your PEOPLE"?? This is like saying the "N" word...
